This Privacy Policy describes how Wortly ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Wortly mobile application.

Wortly does not require account registration or login.

We may collect the following types of data:

• Learning data – words, learning progress, stages, streaks, and review history
• Device information – device type, OS version, app version
• Usage analytics – interactions with the app, screens viewed, feature usage
• Purchase information – subscription status and purchase receipts (handled by Apple)

2. Analytics

We use Mixpanel to understand how users interact with the app and to improve the user experience. Mixpanel may collect anonymized usage data such as feature usage, session duration, and interaction events.

Mixpanel does not collect personally identifiable information such as name or email address.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

All payments are processed by Apple via the App Store. We do not store or process your payment information. Apple may provide us with anonymous purchase and subscription status for validation purposes.

Your learning progress and settings may be stored locally on your device and/or securely on our servers to enable synchronization and backups.
